     INTRODUCTION PART I
Today, GWD will be in a slightly different format, as we begin a study about our walk with God.

WALK NOT
Mark 7:1-23          walk not according to traditions of men.
Ephesians 4:17-19          walk not as Gentiles, vanity of mind, darkened understanding,
2 Thessalonians 3:11          walk not disorderly, not working at all, busybodies.
Jude 10-19          walk not after own ungodly lusts, sensual, mockers, murmurers,
Anytime we want to change from one manner of living, to another, we need to be aware first,

One of my co-workers had become friends with a pastor of a store front
On a Saturday night several weeks ago, this pastor was working late,
They brushed it off as a fluke and went on their merry ways.
The following Monday, the pastor received a call at the church office,
The man said, "That's OK. Let me tell you my story. You see, I was

Because this is a larger, more detailed study, it will be brought to you in two main parts.
Part One will give readers the scripture references which show how we ought NOT walk.
Part Two will refer to how we OUGHT to walk with God. Then, we will look at the details
regarding our walk with God, in individual, short studies, as the week progresses.

10:00 PM, but his wife didn't answer the phone. The pastor let it ring many
times. He thought it was odd that she didn't answer, but decided to
wrap up a few things and try again in a few minutes.
When he tried again she answered right away. He asked her why she
hadn't answered before, and she said that it hadn't rung at their
house.

night. The man that he spoke with wanted to know why he'd called on
Saturday night. The pastor couldn't figure out what
the guy was talking about. Then the guy said, "It rang and rang, but
I didn't answer." The pastor remembered the mishap
and apologized for disturbing him, explaining that he'd intended to
call his wife.

prayed, 'God, if you're there, and you don't want me to do this,
give me a sign now. At that point my phone started to ring. I looked
at the caller ID, and it said, 'Almighty God'.
