JESUS CHRIST:
     Our Foundation

     ACCESS

We have a direct connection to God. We are inseparable. The vital
link between God and us is Christ. When it was not yet available,
people desired to have a direct connection to God. It was no where
to be found. They had priests who interceded for them on their be-
half. Only a handful of people were given holy spirit. In a manner
of speaking, every one else was outside the inner circle.

Now it is available for both Jew and Gentile, every single one who
wills, to be filled with holy spirit and have full fellowship with
God,with equal access to Him through faith of Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 2:18

For through him we both have access
by one Spirit unto the Father.

Romans 5:2

By whom also we have access by faith
into this grace wherein we stand, and
rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Ephesians 3:12

In whom we have boldness and access
with confidence by the faith of him.

With direct access to God, what shall we do? Shall we walk
around and ignore our loving Father or invite Him to be an
active participant in our lives? Shall we seek Him and talk to
Him and practice living in His presence? Let's live in thank-
fulness to our God for He is faithful who promised. We now
have access to God. We can be confident in our conversations
with Him. We can pour out our hearts before Him. He hears
us. He will answer us directly.

God be praised for His goodness to us! Let's rejoice in this!
What a joy and a privilege it is to live in this time where we
have access to God! May we not waste this connection and
ignore the greatest source of wisdom and strength and love.
Amen.

COMMENTS

You Belong

Carol: Another great topic and teaching. I think there is a
tendency to avoid others simply because they may have a little
different slant on things. Your point is well taken; "Do I see the
Christ in others no matter the church affiliation"?

Your ending comment "Let it begin with me," is right on target. A
play on words I have heard is; WE, begins with double YOU.

God bless.

Amen to that! Thanks! Linda W.
