     ADORE GOD      The phrases, "Blessed be God"and similar phrases such as "God      who is blessed," occurs eight times in the New Testament. The word      "blessed" in these passages means "adored."
     Webster's Dictionary defines adore:
          "to regard with the utmost esteem, love,
     We adore God because of what He has done. God has blessed us with all spiritual      Luke1: 68-75
Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath      2 Corinthians 1:3
Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus      Ephesians 1:3
Blessed [adored] be the God and Father of our      1 Peter 1: 3-5
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus      We praise and honor who we adore. We have much to be thankful for! Let's adore      God for all He has done for us in Christ. Let us hold Him in the highest esteem,      and honor, worship and praise Him. For it is God who has blessed us with all      spiritual blessings. It was God who selected us, redeemed us, and saved us. It      was God who gave us mercy that endures forever. God comforts us. It is God      who gave us the hope of the return of Christ and who promised us an inheritance      in Him. May we adore God now and forevermore. Amen.
