This issue is brought to you with love and enthusiasm, by a believer named Cathy.
Her screen name is Lucy Sunshine. I have edited it for clarity and and have
re-formatted it to fit the usual GWD style. Also, I divided it into two parts. We
will read part one today and part two tomorrow. Thanks, Cathy! Enjoy, readers!

Hi and bless you! I just wanted to send out what I covered in our family fellowship
this morning. After opening prayer, we sang "Victory In Jesus." Aren't these words
     tremendous!!!!!!!

"O victory in Jesus, my savior, forever, He sought me and bought me with his
redeeming blood; He loved me ere I knew him, And all my love is due him ; He
plunged me to victory , Beneath the cleansing flood. I heard about his healing.
Of his cleansing power revealing, How he made the lame to walk again and
caused the blind to see; And then I cried "Dear Savior, Come and heal my broken
spirit," And somehow Father came and brought to me the victory."

     Isaiah 53: 1,2

Who hath believed our report? and to whom
is the arm of the Lord revealed?

For he shall grow up before him as a tender
plant, and as a root out of a dry ground; he

[Jesus Christ] hath no form [outline, countenance]
          nor comeliness [magnificence, splendor];
and when we shall see him, there is no beauty
          that we should desire him.

Our Lord and Saviour was beaten beyond recognition. He freely laid down his life
for us so that we could be bought back or redeemed from satan's dominion with the
price of His life. He delivered us from being, by nature, the children of
wrath. [Ephesians 2:3] We are bought with a price!

     Isaiah 53:3-6

He is despised and rejected of men; a man
of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we
hid as it were our faces from him; he was
despised, and we esteemed him not.

Surely he hath borne OUR griefs [malady, anxiety,
          calamity]
, and carried OUR sorrows [anguish,
          afflictions, pain, grief]
: yet we did esteem him stricken,
          smitten of God, and afflicted.

5 BUT he was wounded for OUR transgressions, he
was bruised for OUR iniquities: the chastisement
of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes
          we are healed.

6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have
turned every one to his own way; and the LORD
hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Woweee!! Look at that! The Lord God [Jehovah] has laid upon Jesus Christ,
the iniquity of us all! Jesus Christ paid the price for us! [ Not only did he pay
with his life, but he also paid by mercifully carrying for us, what we deserved
     to bare on our own.]

     - Cathy, Lucy Sunshine

[Editor's note: Amen! Tomorrow, we will continue in Isaiah 53 and read how Jesus
opened NOT His mouth in the face of all He had to endure.]
