JESUS CHRIST:
     The Foundation of our Faith

     JESUS REIGNS!

In my studies regarding the kingdom of God, the throne and related
topics, I did not understand seemingly contradictory references to
God reigning on the throne and Jesus reigning on it too. I understand
Jesus and God are not the exact same thing, but the misunderstanding
lead me to doubt this for a short time. Then I found the following
Scriptures that clarified it and succinctly summed it all up!

Follow the verses closely, backwards and forwards, in order to
see who the "he's" and "him's" refer to.

     I Corinthians 15:23

But every man in his own order: Christ
the firstfruits; afterward they that are
          Christ's at his coming.

24 Then comes the end, when he [Christ]
shall have delivered up the kingdom to
God, even the Father; when he
[Christ]
shall have put down [rendered idle, useless]
all rule [rank] and all authority [Greek:
          exousia = supernatural force]
and power
[Greek: dunamis =work of miraculous power].

25 For he [Jesus] must reign, till he
[God] hath put all enemies under his
          [Jesus' ] feet.

26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed
          is death.

27 For he [God] hath put all things under
          his
[Jesus'] feet. But when he saith
all things are put under him, it is manifest

[it is clear] that he[Jesus] is excepted [is
          aside from, besides]
which
          did put
[submit] all things under him.

28 And when all things shall be subdued

[submitted]unto him, then shall the Son also
          himself be subject
[submitted] unto him [God]
that put all things under him, that
          God may be all
[everything, the whole] in all
          [the whole, everything, everyone].

Christ must reign until all enemies are put under his feet. This is confirmed
in Genesis when God said the promised seed would bruise satan's head.
[Gen. 3:14, 15] Since death is the last enemy to be destroyed and death
has not gone away yet, then Jesus must be reigning now. Christ will render
useless all rule, all authority and all power and he will be subject unto God,
also, so that God may be all in all.

Jesus is aside from, he is distinctly apart from his Father, he is besides
God.[verse 27] That is, Jesus and God are not the same thing, they are different.
If they were one and the same, Jesus would not need to submit himself to anyone else.

When the last enemy is destroyed , there will be complete victory over
the devil. There will be no more sickness, no more pain and no more death. There
will be no more need for workings of miracles, gifts of healings and the like because
we will all be gathered together unto Him and we will be perfect as He is! Christ's rule will
be over. His rank, exercised power and miraculous workings shall be useless, unneeded
and idle, because all enemies are destroyed, the victory is won!

Until the return of Christ or until our life on earth passes, we have Christ in us, the hope of glory !
We can manifest his power and authority through the power of the holy spirit at work in us! We
can operate all nine manifestations of the holy spirit and bring deliverance to people! Amen! We
     are on the winning team.
