FEAR GOD: The Benefits, Part 3
     WORD OF THE DAY:"CONFIDENCE"

     " In the fear of the LORD is strong confidence:
Today we will look at the benefits of strong confidence and refuge in the fear of the Lord.
If we do not know that God is for us, how can we be confident? If we do not know that in God,

we have a place of refuge, (a shelter, and a protected place), when the storms of life swirl
around and threaten us with menacing thunder and torrential rains, how can we stand with
confidence, alone, against such threatening circumstances and not get "all wet?"
fashioner and former of all things. Nothing is too hard for God. With God, all things
are possible. Our God is the Most High God, there is none other like Him. Nothing can
get in your way when you have respect for whom God is and what He is able and willing
to do, and you believe it is true!
hear not. Men pray to their false gods, but these works of mens' hands are not able
to see, nor hear, nor deliver them. Some worship and pray to dead people ( example
to "saints"). Some bow down to figures of men (example: Saint Peter, Buddha) or
women (Diana, Mary) made from stone, or bronze. Some worship the stars and moon.
Some hold abeyance to the earth. Some pray to angels, or conjure up deceiving
spirits (mediums, ouiji boards) and seek the advice of fortune tellers and
psychics. But none of these can be compared with the One True God, who created the
heavens and the earth, who gave His Word and will keep it.

God while he kept the sheep for his family. David was able to save the flock,
with God's help, from a bear and a lion. He also defended the armies of the
living God from the giant, Goliath, with God's help, his sling and one stone.

God will turn for your good.He promised us hope in the final outcome.

of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.
refuge during the storms of life. When the "heat" is on, God covers it. He is our God
and in Him shall we trust and have our confidence.
