GOD’S WORD DAILY
WORD OF THE DAY:
     MUST BE BORN AGAIN
Scripture references: John 3:3-6
Contrary to many different world-views, there is only one way to Almighty God, who is our
Today, GWD will look at Jesus' conversation with a man named Nicodemus, about the
     topic of salvation.
John 3:3-6
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily,
I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he
cannot see the kingdom of God.
Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be
born when he is old? can he enter the second time
into his mother's womb, and be born?
Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee,
Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit,
he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that
which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
When I received salvation as a nine-year old, I asked the same question Nicodemus did!
First, to be able to become a born again son of God, it goes without saying, that one
must be born into this world to begin with. We are born of water. When a baby is born,
the sac bursts which enveloped the baby. This sac is filled with water. The "water
breaks." Also, we are born of flesh.Everything is after its kind, its species.
[Genesis 1: 21, 24, 25] Mom and dad are fleshly humans, therefore I am fleshly
     human. That's a no-brainer!
When one becomes born again of God's spirit, he receives God's gift of holy spirit
inside. He is born of spirit. In like manner as we were originally born into this
world, flesh after flesh, being born again of God's Holy Spirit, is also after its
     own kind; holy spirit.
     John 3:7
Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must
          be born again.
     John 3:17
For God sent not his Son into the world to
condemn the world; but that the world through
          him might be saved.
How does one become born again? How do we receive salvation from death unto life?
     Romans 10:8-11
But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth,
          and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth
the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine
heart that God hath raised him from the dead,
thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and
For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him
          shall not be ashamed [disappointed].
The exact moment we accept God's free gift of salvation, by saying the same words in our
     I John 5:10 -13
He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness
in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him
a liar; because he believeth not the record that God
          gave of his Son.
And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal
life, and this life is in his Son.
He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the
Son of God hath not life.
These things have I written unto you that believe on
the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that
ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the
name of the Son of God.
Please, if you have not done so already, I lovingly implore you, accept Jesus as your Lord
right now! There is no other way into heaven! Do not put it off for another day! We do not
know when Jesus shall return. I do not want you to be one of those left out of the best
group of all; God's family in the Kingdom of God.
Say with me now, " God, I realize that I was born dead in trespasses and sins. I know that
nothing I do will ever make me righteous and will not earn my way into heaven. I need your
gift of salvation! I do not want to perish in my sins. I want to have eternal life and be
acceptable in your sight. That is why I am choosing to say Jesus is my Lord. I believe
in my heart that Jesus died on the cross for me, that his blood was shed for the remission
of my sins and you, God, raised him up from the dead. Thank you, God, for what you did
for me through Jesus Christ. I accept your free gift now, in the name of Jesus Christ."
     Amen.
     WELCOME INTO GOD'S FAMILY!
