Sign up is easy. Fill out an application. Within the body of two separate e-mails (NO ATTACHED FILES, PLEASE!) insert one sample of your artwork, no larger than 600X800. In the subject line, write your name as it appears on your application. To ensure quality, a committee will review your samples and will decide if your work meets our criteria for approval. Once selected, you will be notified by email. This may take up to 3 days. You will need to provide necessary web content, artwork, text in digital format by email. (See application.) Your first month payment will be billed. Once we receive your payment, your web pages will be posted online and you will be notified by email. You may opt to pay online with your credit card, by phone with your credit card or by personal check (drawn from US bank) by mail. Please make checks payable to H2Oart Gallery.
A six month term commitment is required. You will be billed US $25 per month, (plus transaction fees or other fees when applicable). Late payments will be assessed a 20% surcharge. Payments are due by the 10th of each month. Payments will be considered late if not received in our office by the 15th. Mail payments to H2Oart Gallery 1062 W. Before your term expires, please notify us of your intent to discontinue. If we do not hear from you prior to 30 days before expiration, we will assume you want to remain a part of the network for another month. Your commitment will become month to month after the first six months term expires. 30 day advance notification is required to terminate service.
