I want to make art that is neither overworked, nor a contrived imitation of others' works. It has to be free, colorful, energetic and beautiful. To me, this is great art and a standard for which I strive in each painting."

Biography: Largely self-taught through books and experimentation, Carol Kenreigh has been making art and loving it from early childhood on! Formal studies were short lived: for one and one half years, Carol studied art and business administration at Kent State University, Salem, Ohio, on a scholarship.
